The National Library Board’s (NLB) signature Time of Your Life (TOYL) Celebration is back for its 14th edition with an exciting line-up of more than 130 talks, presentations and a showcase aimed at enabling greater awareness about active aging. Themed “Connecting Generations through Discovery”, the programmes will be open to seniors, innovators, as well as youths, and gerontology experts to learn together about ageing well, including the technology that is available to aid that. Jointly organised with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), the event this year will be held in collaboration with the National Celebration of Seniors, a multi-agency effort led by the Agency for Integrated Care.
The TOYL Celebration at the National Library Building will be launched simultaneously as the Square Stepping Festival and Seniors Sports Challenge at Heartbeat@Bedok. The key highlights of TOYL Celebration, taking place over the month of October, can be found below.
